ANATTA Young Chef’s Academy Season 3 runs from 30 June to 4 July 2025, Monday to Friday.
Welcome to ANATTA Little Chef’s Academy bootcamp: Passport to Flavour, where children as young as 4 years old are encouraged and lifted to gain confidence and practical skills in the kitchen in a safe and fun manner.
Designed for children and teens who have a passion for cooking – or just to expose them to the world of cooking & baking – this immersive bootcamp offers a fun and educational experience where participants will explore the fundamentals of cooking, develop essential kitchen skills, and create delicious dishes.
With each day themed with a country’s cuisine, your children will learn different cultures through food, the sources of ingredients, and have the confidence and knowledge to show & tell with the ingredients they have been exposed to.
Your children will also have the opportunity to learn various cooking & baking techniques – like braising meats, stir-frying vegetables, laminating dough, and frosting cakes – as they try their hands at making classic dishes from around the world – right from scratch.
- Day 1 to North America: Homemade Nuggets, Chicken Pot Pie (Lunch), Rocky Road Brownies
- Day 2 to France: Cheesy Garlic Palmier, Cordon Bleu (Lunch), Strawberry Crepes with Chocolate Sauce
- Day 3 to Korea: Mini Vegetable Pancake (Jeon), Kimbap with assorted fillings (Lunch), Banana Choco Pie
- Day 4 to Mexico: Elote en Vaso (Mexican corn cups), Quesadilla (Lunch), Churros
- Day 5 to Japan: Rainbow Dumplings, Japanese Curry (with bear-shaped rice), Sweet Potato Pudding
Sign your child up for all 5 days for them to follow a structured, fun curriculum designed by our experienced Chef Leigh; each child will receive a Passport to track and commemorate the dishes and skills they have learnt through the week!
