With an unrelentless passion for baking, Paula took her culinary aspiration to greater heights at the Baking Industry Training College (BITC), where she was trained in various kinds of Asian pastries. Paula on went to pursue her Trainer License in Japanese bread making @ ABC Cooking Studio. Earlier in 2019, she travelled to San Francisco Baking Institute to pursue in-depth studies of Artisan Bread, then went on to achieve a Certification in French Patisserie from Gastronomicom France in 2022.
