Chef Jillian has over 10 years of experience in the culinary field, and currently provides consultancy services on menu development and kitchen set-ups for various culinary clients.
After obtaining multiple culinary awards through her Diploma in Restaurant and Culinary Operations, and her Bachelor of Professional Studies in Culinary Arts Management, Chef Jillian worked her way through the kitchens of big-name brands like Ritz Carlton, Poulet, The Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar, and Constellar at the Singapore EXPO.
Through her stints through these kitchens, Chef Jillian honed and mastered her skills in streamlining processes and operations in fast-paced setups. She was also given the opportunity to innovate and develop recipes beyond her regular kitchen operations. Chef Jillian then went on to plan and spearhead training programmes for incoming chefs.
