What if I have an allergy or dietary requirement?

Please note that Anatta Culinary Academy is a facility that handles products which may contain common allergens, including, but not limited to, seafood, eggs, dairy, nuts, grains, and soybeans, and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Please notify us of your dietary and allergen requirements in the checkout page, under ‘Order Notes’. Alternatively, you may email us at journey@anattaca.sg, drop us an enquiry form here, or Whatsapp us, and let us know your requirements.

Anatta Culinary Academy will do our best to accommodate your dietary and allergen requirements by adjusting your individual portions.

Please note that Anatta Culinary Academy is not responsible for any incidents that may occur from a participant’s failure to declare any such dietary or allergen requirements and conditions, or for anyone who consumes the food  you may take home from the courses.
