Are your courses hands-on or demonstrations?

We believe learning is best done through an interactive, hands-on experience. That’s why our Chefs are there to first demonstrate the steps of the recipe, before each student is provided with their own portions to go through the immersive process of learning the dishes step by step.

What should I wear or bring with me?

For the safety of yourself and others, please wear flat, covered shoes to avoid the risk of tripping or dripping hot items onto your feet. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing. How many people can one class accommodate?

Each of our classes can start with a minimum of 4 people, and can accommodate up to 10 people for a public class, and 20 people for a private class, including Corporate Teambuilding Parties and Children Birthday Parties.

What is the duration of your courses?

The durations vary across our courses depending on the menu and recipes, and are listed on their respective booking pages. For Corporate Teambuilding and private parties, the minimum booking duration is 2 hours.

Are your courses conducted in English? Can I request for another language of instruction?

All our courses are conducted in English. To accommodate the majority of our students, we are unable to offer instruction in another language. We are, however, able to accommodate special requests for another instructional language through our Chef Hire Services.
